Outline of job role and purpose
ESP Landscapers is looking for a dynamic & highly professional Landscape Portfolio Executive – Installation to join the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned installation contracts in collaboration with installation team and ensure projects are completed within timeframe, budget and up to standard.
- Assist in managing all aspects of the installation department which comprises of landscape installation (inc. irrigation and procurement where applicable) of various projects in the residential, hospitality, commercial, public infrastructure, and domestic fields amongst others.
- Coordinating activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, follow up of the contract and directing the work on site.
- Promote sales and establish credibility through communication in a manner that will improve efficiency, help achieve mission and goals and result in outstanding customer service.
- Assist with preparation of tenders/ quotes and prepare tender technical clarifications and qualifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progress of works.
- Ensure that proper Safety and Health procedures are followed at the workplace.
- Oversees and conducts periodical field inspections prior to finalization of landscape plans and as landscape projects progress.
- Ensure design quality and practicality is represented in the finished product.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed yearly and revised budget in line with strategic plan.
- Ensure client satisfaction with on time completion and quality product.
- Prepare proper planning for repairs and maintenance of Tools & Machinery.
- Manage efficiently the fleet of Machinery.
- Monitoring of attendance on site.
Qualification, Skills & Experience:
- Holder of a BSc. Horticulture or Landscaping or degree in related field.
- Above 3 years work experience in the sector. Experience in Landscape Company will constitute an advantage.
- Dynamic, Motivated, Focused, Pleasant and extrovert personality, Enthusiastic and Customer service oriented with an efficient and business-like approach.
- Fully computer literate with ability to learn new software.
- Knowledge of plant species used in the landscaping industry is a definite advantage.
- Grooming with a professional and neat appearance is essential.
- Excellent negotiation, marketing and selling skills.
- Excellent leadership, administration, interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a high level of integrity.
- Able to work independently and/or in team in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to read and understand construction & landscaping drawings.
- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
- Holder of a valid driver’s license.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary
